At Tiffin University’s Information Technology Services (ITS) Office, we offer you the resources you’ll need during your collegiate career, leading to your classroom success. Whether you are a student on our main campus, studying at one of our regional campuses, part of our online community of students, faculty or staff member, we are your one-stop office for your technology questions and needs.
ITS Department & Help Desk
The department is located on the second floor of the Hertzer Technology Center, which includes the ITS Help Desk, staff, and student workers who assist with technology related issues and questions pertaining to account access, computers, printers, software and other technology related topics.

About the Building
The Hertzer Technology Center includes offices for faculty members and the staff of the Information Technology Services Office, as well as classrooms with state-of-the-art technology. The Center was named for Mr. William Hertzer and Mrs. Jean Hertzer, who are graduates of Tiffin University and among our most generous supporters.
